The ZTE Blade Spark is launching at AT&T Prepaid today.

Just six months after the first official US launch of a ZTE Blade-series smartphone, the low-priced Android family has impressively managed to expand to US Cellular, Cricket Wireless and AT&T Prepaid already.

AT&T's prepaid service recently got itself a new name, and now it's getting a new phone, too.

The fingerprint reader aside, there's not much to say about the Blade Spark. The new smartphone features a trio of capacitive navigation buttons and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, located just middle of the device. The speaker grille is situated on the back panel of the device, while a USB Type-C charging port is placed on the very bottom edge of the smartphone.

ZTE's new Blade Spark runs Android 7.1.1 on a 5-inch 1280x720 display.

The ZTE Blade Spark is running Android Nougat and it's powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC with 2GBs of RAM. Theres even a selfie shortcut that fires up the 5MP front-facing camera.

For photography, the ZTE Blade Spark houses a 13-megapixel rear camera with phase detection autofocus (PDAF), and an LED flash. A 3,140mAh battery keeps the juices flowing.

Looking at the specs for the ZTE Blade Spark, it's rather obvious that this phone won't come anywhere close to blowing your socks off.
