JD (U) spokesperson Neeraj Kumar referred to the allegations by the opposition BJP that Lalu's family members had acquired benami properties at various places in the country. Senior leaders in the party maintain that if he alone resigns, it will send a wrong signal, nearly of accepting the crime and bending to the JD (U)'s whims.

"Nitish Kumar is a person of high moral values".

According to media reports, Tejashwi's boss, chief minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar is already upset with his decision of refusing to step down. "A senior RJD Cabinet minister, Abdul Bari Siddiqui, is strongly opposed to Tej Pratap's promotion, though Lalu wants him to replace Tejashwi in case he is forced to resign".

Organised to mark the completion of an eventful year that saw the enrolment of 1.13 lakh and passing out of 43,000 youths under the aegis of Bihar Skill Development Mission, the function was slated to be inaugurated by the chief minister.

When Feige suggested that Bautista's Drax might be able to take Thanos down, Brolin responded: "Drax ain't shit". Originally, the fourth film was titled Avengers: Infinity War Part 2, but was later changed.

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Janata Dal (United) are heading for a massive showdown over the resignation of Bihar deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav after an FIR registered by CBI against him in a corruption case. This meeting has assumed extra significance in the backdrop of the ongoing crisis in the Grand Alliance.

"Tejashwi Yadav will not resign under any circumstances", the RJD chief said and denied speaking to Mrs Gandhi on phone.

Although the meeting of JD (U) legislators has been convened ostensibly to discuss the presidential election, sources said Kumar would seek the legislators' views on how best to deal with the Tejashwi issue.

He said "Everybody knows that they (BJP) are afraid of Laluji". Being a minority partner, the question they are agonising over is which side to back if the alliance does break. "There is no question of his resignation", Lalu said after holding a almost three-hour-long meeting with senior party leaders and legislators at his official residence. If Tejashwi is told to go, there is a possibility of an RJD backlash, with all their ministers also offering to resign. "Bihar cannot develop without the overall growth of youths", Kumar said while addressing at a function organised on the occasion of "World Youth Skill Day" in Patna.
