Now that he's back - and, in all probability, destined for a final showdown against the zombie-fied Mountain - the last thing we want for Sandor is an unhappy, dead ending.

Sophie Turner, who has plays Sansa Stark, flaunted her youthful figure. He's been put on the back foot now that Jon Snow has been crowned King of the North, and he'll no doubt do anything to try and manipulate the two step-siblings against one another.

This does appear to be the season that we find out Bran's true calling...

So why is this a big deal? This time, the vision lasts longer and Bran witnesses the truth of what happened there: Lyanna died giving birth and her dying words to Ned, "promise me", were in regards to keeping the child of her and Rhaegar Targaryen safe.

This statement has made fans wonder if the same could be said of Jon. "He's not scared of death, he's not even scared of the nothingness he saw, now".

Do you think Jorah is incredibly hot or incredibly annoying? When he goes, he wants to go. So I've always tried to have a bit of fun with it and show a bit of a playful side. Jon has faced opposition from his men before, including that one time all his men mutinied and killed him.

"I think Sansa twists [Jon] in a way that no one else can".

It is expected this season that Jon and Daenerys will meet and re-establish the the Pact of Ice and Fire; and alliance once held between the Starks and Targaryens.

Could this mean that Jon is now a fire wight, too?

Game of Thrones is back. Jon's courage and resolve helped unite the North, but the road ahead is fraught with danger, with the Great War against the White Walkers and their army of undead in the offing. In this dread hour a warrior shall draw from the fire a burning sword. A show about a lot of different characters and locations has now boiled down to a few key plot points, and it looks like we're set to see everything come together for the show's climax. However Tyrion is the more obvious option due to their intense hatred of each other, and his allegiance with Daenerys, but it could go either way.

Whereas Jon Snow overcame death multiple times in icy hellscapes, Daenerys - who, it now seems clear, is Jon's aunt - has stayed alive despite walking through fire and her risky trio of killer dragon babies.

Since the end of Game of Thrones's Season Six, we have seen many speculations come our way as to how the subsequent episodes would develop. His memories are fading, he's got all these scars, he's becoming more and more physically ugly, because he's not a living human being anymore.

Martin started out by saying that Dondarrion was a character who served the goal of foreshadowing how the entire narrative would eventually circle back to the "whole fire and ice thing".

That's the kind of tease that could launch a hundred theories.

"Game of Thrones" season 7 premieres on Sunday, July 16, at 9 p.m. EDT on HBO.
