Beyonce, Jay Z's twins being kept in hospital, reports say

Beyonce reportedly gave birth to her twins - a boy and girl - almost a week ago, sources reveal.

And while they're still in UCLA Medical Centre in Los Angeles, fans are going more than a little insane while trying to determine the gender of the new-born twins. She captioned the photo, "We would like to share our love and happiness".

Jay Z's real name is Shawn Carter. "We have been blessed two times over", said Beyoncé in a Snapchat clip.

As we've previously reported, sources close to the couple confirmed to People late Saturday evening that the twins had been born.

Beyonce and Jay Z are usually active on social media, but haven't yet declared the sex of their twins. "There are no words that can express having a baby growing inside of you, so of course you want to scream it out and tell everyone", she said. - The Carters, ' she wrote alongside the picture, which has since been liked more than ten million times.

She had been due to headline the Coachella music festival in California in April, but pulled out on her doctor's advice.
