Walmart shoppers in Minnesota got an unexpected surprise when a young deer wandered into the store by accident.

Shoppers at the Wadena (wah-DEE'-nah) Walmart store speculated the frightened deer was in search of a snack when it walked into the store through the garden center doors Tuesday.

After tackling the animal, Grasswick and a few other customers covered the deer's eyes to calm it down, and he and others took the animal outside and set it free.

Prove reliability of EVMs in front of global experts
Poonawalla suggested to the EC to tally the EVM and the VVPAT votes in 50 per cent of the constituencies in the future. It said the demonstration on a "look-alike" EVM can not be used to "vilify" those actually used for elections.

Next thing Koljonen knew, she saw the deer sliding about on the smooth floor and then the man pinning the animal against a bag of dog food.

'I figured I was bigger than the deer, so I'd win that wrestling match, ' Grasswick told WDAY-TV.

Tom Grasswick, the man in the picture snapped by Koljonen, said he reacted on instinct when the deer ran into him. It was later carried outside and freed, according to the police, who added that neither the deer nor its human rescuers appeared hurt in the commotion.
