On a NBA Draft Lottery reaction podcast with Mark Titus, The Ringer's Bill Simmons threw out the idea of the Celtics dealing the No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft-expected to be Washington's Markelle Fultz-to the Sixers.
