"He kept us in that game". "Trying to provide a little entertainment". They are putting together an anthology of free-standing short stories, none of them connected. In fact, the Ducks are 4-2 away from home in the playoffs, winning Games 3 and 4 against the Calgary Flames in the first round and the Edmonton Oilers in the second. It's not something you can plan for, but the Predators need to get out of this one unscathed to maintain their depth.

Tuesday's 2-1 victory over the Anaheim Ducks in Game 3 of the Western Conference final was simply the latest example.

Anaheim wound up outshooting Nashville 14-2 in the first period thanks to the Predators being credited for a shot during the intermission. During the Ducks' playoff run in 2015, the winger scored 10 goals in 16 games as the team reached Game 7 of the conference finals. I thought that if the game went into overtime, the Ducks would pull it out. "It doesn't matter if you're up or down you always want to help the team". "What did you have to do in the game within the game?" That earned McLeod an instigator penalty along with a game misconduct. "Doesn't outwardly display a lot of emotion and sometimes that gets misconstrued for lack of commitment, lack of caring". Heads snap back, unfortunately. He has eight points (3 G, 5 A) in the past eight games.

"We know what we can do in the room", Josi said. Just 29 seconds later, defenseman Josh Manson slashed James Neal. But the Predators, usually so uninhibited, passed too much and didn't shoot enough. By now they do it in their sleep.

Nashville registered just two shots on goal in the first period. Cam Fowler played 28:10, and every second was assured.

"I just don't think Anaheim can handle Nashville's speed", said Bernie Nicholls, a former 70-goal scorer who averaged over a point per game in his career. Additionally, their power play moved the puck fairly well, albeit there were only two man advantage chances. And that's the most encouraging part, because we can play better than what we played tonight. We didn't have many gaps.

Today, a bit over a year after The New York Times revealed the sordid specifics of a doping scandal that pervaded the Russian Olympic team, the World Anti-Doping Agency governing board meets in Montreal.

"He was tough to play against", said Bieksa, who warred with him through years of Ducks-Vancouver games". "And we received the game a lot". I sit next to him on the bus all the time.

Since then, the Wild have made the playoffs five times but never advanced beyond the second round.

Rickard Rakell and Nick Ritchie staked the Ducks to a 2-0 lead.

The Golden State Warriors' rare unbeaten start this postseason doesn't necessarily mean they're heading for a title. Winning this game will be no easy task, but the Predators have the deep squad with the self-belief to do it. Seven of them, they've won by one goal. "That's the confidence we have".

The Ducks are a team that has come-from-behind all playoffs long and they will not be tentative in this moment. In hindsight, looking back at it today, I still think the same thing.

Extending Oil Output Cuts Will Stabilise Prices, Says Putin
Russian Federation is the world's biggest oil producer, while Saudi Arabia is the biggest exporter. Goldman Sachs said output would increase from OPEC members that were exempt from the cuts.
